Hugo Aguilar is committed to the protection of the constitutional rights of every client. He has practiced exclusively criminal defense since 1998. Hugo believes every person accused should have a complete understanding of his or her case. He believes all avenues of case resolution should be thoroughly explored be that by pre-trial diversion, plea bargain or trial.

With over 15 years of experience in aggressive criminal defense including misdemeanors and felonies; Hugo is well respected within the criminal defense community.

Hugo was born and raised in El Paso. He attended and graduated from Angelo State University where he was a member and captain of the Angelo State Football Team. He received his law degree from Texas Tech University School of law in 1998 and was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1998.
